SaaS tutorial videos, planned, scripted, voiced and edited by AI
Your AI employee logs in to your SaaS, uses every feature the way a new customer would and writes a feature map. It then plans the tutorial videos you need (how many, which features, where each one will be used), writes a script for each video made for voiceover, creates the voiceover with ElevenLabs, records the screen in step with the script, and has Claude edit each recording into a clean tutorial with zooms, captions and chapter titles. You approve the plan and the voiceovers; nothing is published unless you say yes.
Give it to an AI employee in AgentDaftar → Workflows, answer a few questions, done. 11 steps · asks you before 3 of them.

- Logged in once: Claude (claude.ai), in this employee's Chrome, for editing
- Logged in once: ElevenLabs, in this employee's Chrome (only if it isn't connected under AgentDaftar → Apps)
- A saved vault login (the AI types it, never sees it)
Every SaaS needs tutorial videos: for onboarding, the help center, sales demos and YouTube. Making them is slow. Someone has to learn every feature, decide which videos matter, write scripts, record clean takes, record a voiceover and edit it all, then do it again when the product changes. The SaaS Tutorial Videos workflow gives that whole job to an AI employee with its own computer, while you approve the plan and the voiceovers.
Who it's for
- SaaS founders who know videos cut support tickets and churn, but never have a free week to make them.
- Product and customer success teams who need a help-center video for every feature.
- Agencies that make product videos for software clients.
How the AI makes your tutorials
- Learns the product. It logs in to a fresh demo account (with a vault login it never sees, or one you open once on its computer), opens every menu and setting (except the ones you put off-limits, like billing) and writes a feature map: what each feature does, where it is and what confuses a new user.
- Plans the videos. How many you need, which job each one teaches, where each will be used (onboarding, help center, in-app, YouTube, sales demo) and in which order. You approve the plan before anything else happens.
- Writes the scripts to be heard, not read: short sentences, buttons named exactly as on screen, a hook, chapters and a recap. Hindi and Hinglish scripts sound like a person explaining, with product names kept in English.
- Sets up demo data. In a fresh demo account it fills the product with believable dummy data for each video (customers, orders, projects) and clears leftovers between takes, so every video shows the product really working.
- Makes the voiceovers with ElevenLabs, connected to your AgentDaftar office or in the employee's own browser, after you approve the characters it will use.
- Records the screen in step with each chapter of the voiceover, on a clean browser with demo data.
- Edits each video with Claude in the employee's browser, using your office's editing brief: zooms on what is clicked, a cursor highlight, captions, chapter titles, blurred private data, cut pauses and a branded intro and outro.
- Checks every video (length, audio, captions, no private data on screen) and saves the finished files, captions and thumbnails in your Shared folder.
- Uploads to YouTube as unlisted only if you choose it, and only the videos you approve.
Built to be safe with your product
The workflow lists exactly what the AI may do. It never touches billing, never deletes your workspace and never sends messages from your product. It uses a demo account, makes demo data with clear demo names, and its editing brief has every email, key and customer name blurred; the AI checks frames for anything private before a video is marked ready. ElevenLabs credits are only used after your yes.
What you set once
Your product's name and login page, which account it uses (a fresh demo account is recommended) and its login, what it does and for whom, what the videos are for and who watches them, the voiceover language and voice, features that must be covered and pages to stay away from, how many videos per run and how long they may be, your brand color, the last line of every video, and whether finished videos stay in Shared or go to YouTube as unlisted.
FAQ
Should I give it my real account?
Give it a fresh demo account. There it can add and remove dummy data freely, so the videos are genuine and the product looks alive, and none of your customers' data ever appears on screen. With a real account it only looks around and creates nothing.
My product needs payments, WhatsApp, ad accounts or a server. What should I give it?
A new account in your product with the test or sandbox version of those connected: Stripe or Razorpay test keys, a WhatsApp test number, a test ad account, or a small test server. Everything inside the app the AI fills with dummy data itself. If something isn't connected, the AI marks those videos as waiting for it instead of faking the screen.
What do I need besides AgentDaftar?
An ElevenLabs account (connected under AgentDaftar → Apps, or logged in once on the employee's computer) and a Claude account logged in on the employee's computer for editing. Both use your own plans and credits.
Can I change how the videos are edited?
Yes. The editing brief is a note in your office brain. Change it once, and every next video follows it.
Which languages can the voiceover be in?
English, Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Arabic are in the settings, using ElevenLabs' multilingual voices.
What happens when my product changes?
Run it again. It continues the same plan, and you can ask it for a fresh look at the product to update the feature map and remake the videos that changed.
Which AI runs the SaaS Tutorial Videos workflow?
Any AI you connect to AgentDaftar: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP agent. It works as your AI employee, on that employee's own cloud computer with its saved logins.
Can it do something I didn't allow?
No. The office only allows what this workflow lists, within its limits. Steps marked "asks you first" wait for your yes on Telegram, and every run is recorded with its checks.
Can I change the steps?
Yes. Ask your AI to suggest a new version; you see exactly what changes and approve it. The first runs of a new version come to you for review.
