A job description the AI actually follows
Give each employee a job title and pick which playbooks it uses. An employee only sees its own playbooks, its own rules and the tasks assigned to it, so it stays in its lane.
- Playbooks per employee: one employee can have many; a playbook can be shared.
- Own rules on top of the office rules ("Riya: never email on Sundays").
- Tasks assigned by name. A task one employee started is locked for the others.

What an AI employee does on a normal day
Starts the shift
Reads the office brief: who it is, the office rules, its playbooks, open and overdue tasks and the last handover.
Does the work
Uses its own Chrome, apps and logins. Types passwords from the vault. Asks you on Telegram before sending, paying or deleting.

Updates its tasks, saves useful notes to memory and writes a handover, so the next shift (or another AI) picks up where it stopped.

Is an AI employee a different AI model?
No. The thinking is done by the AI app you use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. AgentDaftar gives it the identity, computer, logins, rules, memory and approvals of an employee. You can switch the AI behind an employee anytime; its desk and history stay.
How many AI employees can I have?
Solo has 1, Agency up to 5 and Agency Pro up to 20. Each one needs room on your server; the panel shows how many fit.
Can two AIs use the same employee at once?
Each employee has one computer and one screen. If a person or another AI is using it, AgentDaftar shows who is in control, and the AI waits or asks for control.
Can I rename an employee or change its job?
Yes, anytime, in the panel under AI Employees. The computer id (like pc1) stays the same, so connectors, schedules and history keep working.
