Your AI asks. You tap Yes or No.
Before an AI employee pays, messages people, deletes something or changes an account, it asks you. The question reaches your phone on Telegram with Yes and No buttons. Nothing goes out until you say yes, and one command stops every AI at once.
What waits for your yes
Out of the box, every risky kind of action asks first. You decide, per office, what an AI may do alone.
Paying or buying
With the amount shown. Standing permissions can cap the amount.
Messages, emails, posts
With the recipients listed, so you see who it's for.
Deleting
Files, posts, contacts or anything else that can't come back.
Account changes
Passwords, settings, permissions and billing details.
Sensitive secrets & sites
Vault secrets marked "ask first", and websites you mark as guarded (like your bank), are locked until you approve.
Taking over work
When one AI employee wants to do another employee's task, it always asks first.
Standing permissions that can't be stretched
Tired of approving the same daily report? Tap Always for this task. AgentDaftar keeps that permission narrow, so a confused or misled AI can't use it for something else:
- The same kind of action for the same task only.
- Only the people it was given for.
- At most so many times a day, up to an amount.
- Expires on a date (90 days by default). See and revoke them anytime.
One tap stops every AI
Something looks wrong? Press β Stop all AI work in the panel, or send /stop to the AgentDaftar bot on Telegram. Every AI's actions are refused at once and running commands end. Stop a single employee with /stop pc1, and start again with /resume.
You can also take over any computer from the panel: the AI waits while you work, and continues when you give it back.
Everything on the record
Every click, command and approval is logged per employee, day by day. The screen is recorded while an AI works, so you can watch exactly what happened, and the office history shows who changed which rule or playbook.
Approvals FAQ
Do I need Telegram?
No, but it's the fastest way. Every request also appears in the panel (the π button shows how many are waiting), where you can approve or decline it.
What happens if I don't answer?
Nothing goes out. The AI keeps waiting or moves on to other work, and unanswered requests expire after 24 hours.
Can I let some actions run without asking?
Yes. In the panel you choose per kind of action whether it asks or is allowed in your office. Taking over another employee's work always asks.
Can the AI approve its own request?
No. Approvals come only from a person, on Telegram or in the panel. The AI can only ask and check the answer.
