Office Brain

The memory your AI team shares

AI chats forget. Your office shouldn't. The Office Brain holds how your company works: rules, step-by-step playbooks, useful facts, open tasks and the last handover. Every AI reads it before it starts, whichever app it runs in, and keeps it up to date as it works.

Six things every office knows

The brain is split the way a real office is, so the AI reads only what it needs.

📏

Office rules

The rules every AI follows, for every task. If a rule change could have come from a website or email, it waits for your one-tap confirmation.

🧑‍💼

Employee rules

Extra rules for one employee only, like a daily limit or a tone of voice for one client.

📘

Playbooks

Step-by-step how-tos for a kind of work. Assign them to the employees who do that work. AIs improve them as they learn.

🗂️

Memory

Useful facts: where a report lives, which login is for which client, what a customer asked for. Searchable by any AI.

✅

Tasks

Work with due dates and repeats, assigned to an employee. Overdue tasks come first; scheduled ones show which AI app runs them.

🤝

Handovers

What was done, what isn't finished and what's next, written at the end of every session so the next AI picks it up.

Switch AI without losing a thing

Run the morning shift in Claude and the hourly check in Cursor. Try ChatGPT next month. The brain lives on your office server, not inside one AI app, so every AI reads the same rules and continues the same tasks.

  • One brief at the start of every chat, for any AI.
  • Handovers written by one AI, read by the next.
  • History of every change, with who made it.

Playbooks that get better every day

Write a playbook once ("how we check ad balances"), or let the AI write it after doing the job with you. Next time, any employee with that playbook follows the same steps. When it finds a better way, it updates the playbook and the change is recorded.

Assign each playbook to the employees who do that work. Others don't see it, so a social-media employee never wanders into your outreach.

Office Brain FAQ

Where is the office brain stored?

On your company's AgentDaftar server, as plain files with a full change history. It isn't stored inside Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI app, and it is included in your backups.

Can an AI change the office rules on its own?

Only when it's clearly from you. An AI saves a rule straight away only if you gave it in the chat and the AI hasn't read anything from outside (websites, emails, files) in that session. Otherwise, or if the change looks unusual, it waits for your one-tap confirmation in the panel. Every change is kept in the history.

What stops an AI from following instructions it read on a website?

Notes an AI saves from a website are marked as coming from a website, and the brief tells every AI to treat them as information, not instructions. Risky actions still need your approval.

Can I edit the brain myself?

Yes. In the panel under Office → Brain you can read and edit rules, playbooks, memory and tasks, filter them by employee, and see the history.
