Apps FAQ
Can I choose which employee uses which app?
Yes. Desktop apps are installed per employee's computer, and each MCP app has a list of the employees whose AIs may use it. An employee without the app doesn't see it.
Do I need to sign in to apps again after a restart?
No. Logins are saved in the employee's home folder, which survives restarts and updates. WhatsApp only needs its QR code scanned once.
Can I install an app that isn't in the list?
Yes. The computers are full Linux desktops, so you (or the AI, with your approval) can install other software from the terminal. Ask us if you'd like an app added to the one-click list.
