AI influencer outreach that writes like a person, not a mail merge
Your AI employee finds creators on YouTube, Instagram and newsletters whose audience matches your customers, checks they're a real fit, reads or watches their latest work, and writes each a short, specific email about your offer. It sends from your mailbox at a safe pace, follows up politely, handles replies and keeps a tracker so nobody is contacted twice.
Give it to an AI employee in AgentDaftar → Workflows, answer a few questions, done. 8 steps · asks you before 4 of them.

Influencer outreach works when each creator feels you actually watched their work. It fails when it looks like a bulk blast. The Influencer Outreach workflow gives the slow, careful part to an AI employee: finding creators whose audience matches your customers, checking they're real, reading or watching their latest posts, and writing a short email about their content and your offer. You approve before anything is sent.
Who it's for
- Brands and D2C sellers looking for creator partnerships, reviews or affiliates.
- Agencies running influencer campaigns for several clients.
- SaaS and course creators who want YouTubers, newsletter writers and podcasters to talk about them.
How a day of outreach works
- Reads your settings and the tracker, so nobody is contacted twice.
- Handles replies first: answers questions and passes interested creators to you, asking before it replies.
- Finds creators on the platforms you choose (YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts), within your follower range, countries and languages.
- Writes one email per creator, mentioning something specific they made and what they get from you.
- Asks for your approval on Telegram with the list of people and the emails.
- Sends only the approved emails from your own mailbox, at a safe pace.
- Follows up politely, at most twice and days apart, again only with your yes. Anyone who says no is never written to again.
- Reports in the evening: found, written, sent, replies and who is interested.
Safe for your mailbox and your name
New mailboxes and domains get flagged when they send too much too soon. The workflow starts slowly on a new mailbox and never sends more than your daily limit (15 by default, 50 at most per run), and the office counts every email, outside the AI's computer. Your mailbox password stays in the vault: the AI types it without seeing it.
What you set once
What you're promoting, what creators get (free product, commission, a fee), the topics and platforms to search, the follower range, countries and languages, your webmail link, sender name and email footer, and the times it works and reports.
FAQ
Is this a bulk email tool?
No. Every email is written for one creator, about their own work, and you approve the list before anything is sent. It is built to get replies, not volume.
Which email does it send from?
Your own mailbox (Gmail, Zoho, Outlook or any webmail you log in to once on the AI employee's computer).
Can it negotiate deals?
It answers simple questions and tells you who is interested. Prices and deals stay with you; anything it would send still waits for your yes.
Will creators be contacted twice?
No. It keeps a tracker of everyone it found, wrote to and heard from, and checks it before writing.
Which AI runs the Influencer Outreach workflow?
Any AI you connect to AgentDaftar: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP agent. It works as your AI employee, on that employee's own cloud computer with its saved logins.
Can it do something I didn't allow?
No. The office only allows what this workflow lists, within its limits. Steps marked "asks you first" wait for your yes on Telegram, and every run is recorded with its checks.
Can I change the steps?
Yes. Ask your AI to suggest a new version; you see exactly what changes and approve it. The first runs of a new version come to you for review.
